Serena Williams' advice to her newborn daughter is a message to all girls.

When I'm not leading creative, I spend my time helping others get fit and healthy by teaching group exercise. Sport has taught me so much, and I credit it as part of my success beyond the gym. That's why I'm so proud to have written this piece to young girls, encouraging them to Keep Playing. Told by the Greatest Of All Time. Doesn't get much better than that. Except of course, making the internet cry. That felt pretty good too.
